What an unlucky day!!
Like what I wrote in my previous post that today I came to my faculty to legalize my academic transcript and yes I did it. But I didn’t straight to my faculty because I stopped by ‘RAHMAT’ International Wildlife Gallery first to look around. Rahmat here is the same one in my Unexpected Trip. I was alone and sometime, if it’s possible to go out alone, I prefer to do it than accompanied by my friends. Because I know what I want to but I can’t force it to the others. I should follow my friends’ wish after they did it to me. And I hate waiting but more hate if being waited. That’s why I always be the first come on time which often ending by me waiting the others! LOL
But..
Together is better, okay!
And I love being accompanied by my besties (even need it)..
It’s my first time visit the gallery because before, I thought a place like that was suit for school students only. But I’m wrong! Entered the room, me was amazed with what I saw. But everything was suddenly became a mess visiting. We’re allowed to take camera but no flash. First, I thought it’s okay because they didn’t allow camera some times ago and we’ll get charged if get caught taking photo inside. So I got so many damn bad pictures >,< because inside was kinda dark while flash was forbidden. Okay! It’s not the main reason. I should admit:
~I have a very bad amateur photography skill. But if only they had good lightening not only for several parts of the building maybe I could get better picts. I love sun.. I love sun.. I love sun.. Sun light makes my picts much much better. If only I brave enough to use flash without getting caught, but CCTV was everywhere. LOL. And I don’t have a sense to choose a good angle to get a good pict.

~My poor shook hands made everything got worst. Yes. My hand always shake don’t know why and it caused I often got blur photos. But I love you, my hands. It’s not your fault.

The other bad thing:
The gallery starts opening at 9 am so I came earlier wished I would be the first visitor to get my private gallery or at least there were only few people inside. The second mistaken! There was a big group of kindergarten kids came before me. Me was happy when the teachers collected their students so they would go out of there but it kept to continue to elementary kids and senior high students entered the gallery. The kids were screaming and running. Even they passed comfortably in front of me who was trying to get a pict.

Tired of looking around the gallery and the noisy of the kids, I went out to go to my faculty and I was so hungry. No, not hungry but hunger. Ugh.. Jealous with the kids happily eating ice cream, bread or satay, standing and talking with their group and teachers. Me miss my besties if the situation was like that. LOL
Arrived to my campus, I saw some banners outside my faculty gate entrance. I had bad feeling “it’s like I won’t get my business done today’. It was Bunkasai, Japanese Department's anniversary. And it’s true. I couldn’t get my copied academic transcript legalized today but I’m sure it was not because of Bunkasai. I don’t know why and stupid me didn’t ask the reason. The administrator just told me to comeback on Monday and I will get it on Tuesday! What the... She thinks it's as cheaper as buying soft drink to reach there from my home? *my wallet cries*

So I stepped to canteen as I couldn’t stand with my hunger. If I’m still a student, I will not that confidence to eat alone there. LOL.
Ordered fried rice and ice sweet tea.
so yummy..
Talk about Bunkasai, we ever joined the Photo with Yukata  in 2010..

The belt on our stomach was tied so tight. Ugh!
Last night me and Elvi went to Nirma’s house (our BFF from childhood) to attend her engagement held with very simple because everything was improvised but very solemn. Her fiance is a man who came from the Bangka island. Maybe this is called soul mate (hopefully they are really made for each other) met at the unexpected moment. Soulmate certainly cannot be planned and specified especially when it would come. Many dating relationship for years but have not even dropped began plans to establish a domestic life. There had never met before, so direct encounter boldly decided to give appointment as lively as dead as a married couple.

Like our friend. Intend to Bangka island to attend a family wedding precisely met the man who had not previously been known to her but (hopefully) will be her husband, who will be leaders in her life. A very short introduction. Not to mention the vast distances that must be taken by both. If they are really made for each other (because they are not legally be husband and wife), they would be a true testament to the famous saying of Indonesia: sour in the mountains, salt in the sea; meet in a single pot. If mating, it won’t go anywhere.I will not tell much about this engagement. Wait until they actually have legally become husband and wife.

Talking about mate, I thought about my father who wanted to plan my brother to get married soon. My mom interested in a girl (her friend’s daughter) to be her daughter-in-law. But she was reluctant to reveal what she thought to her friend because her daughter is having a good settled job. Until some time ago, my mother’s friend was holding an event at her house because of a man proposing to his daughter. That's where all was revealed. Turned out my mother's friend hoped to marry her daughter with my brother even asked her opinion about it. But she cried and said she worried my brother would not want to marry her.

Mate is really in God's hands. So even though we would have to try to get it.

the engaged woman and Evi..

Finish with our nostalgia, we continued our motorbikes to the beach and we chose Lestari beach. Only 20 minutes from my home. The major destination there is Pantai Cermin or Mirror Beach. The best time to visit the beach was in the work day when everyone just think about work and work and we could feel like having a private beach and it’s free. Because yesterday was Sunday, so the beach was quite crowded.

We rent a hut charged IDR 40.000 and took a nap with the sun shined brightly and wind blew softly but kept continuously

Lestari beach gate entrance. But the three girls didn't want to give me way to just snap the gate without them

Please don't ask me why the sea water was not blue, okay!

At the first, Auliya planned to swim but because we three didn’t want to join her, she cancelled it then. We just bought a little snacks and four bottles of mineral water because we had full tummy.

Me and Chang walked and took photos in the beach and Yutri and Au-au just like the majority parents who had holiday with their kids; laying down with long chatting

Chang..

A little girl collected the jellyfish with her bare hands. She digs the sand and puts the jellyfish in. Not the dangerous ones maybe

There was no sunset session yesterday because we should be back at 5 p.m for Au’s worries of her grandma alone at home

Before going to beach, I asked Yutri to turn left her motorbike to our Senior High School, SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan. And luckily the gate was opened so we could enter the school area. There were some changes of course. We had graduated from the school in 2008, more than 4 years. But our class position, XII Ilmu Alam 1 (Science Class) still in the same like when it was still used by us. Near the teacher entrance gate. It was the class which really alert not to be noisy because we were the closest class to Headmaster's office but the fact was we were one of the most noise classes at that time

We entered the class and the wall colour had changed. We sit the chair where we used to sit when we were the students in the school. Me and Chang shared the same table in the first line and Yutri and Auliya in the second. I had known Chang and Auliya since we were in Junior High because we attended the same school and knew Yutri in the first grade of Senior High. In the first grade, we four were separated in different class and met in the same class in second grade where we should choose our department. I don’t remember how we could get closer. I just know I can be how the way I am when I’m with my girlsmelamun

Initially Chang’s true name was Laila. A sweet name, right? But there was a very wellknown song at the time entitled ‘Laila Canggung’ or 'Awkward Laila' so we called her ‘cang’. Add ‘h’ to make it unique. Because what? She is the most unique girl among our friends. We also had the ‘not less weird’ name than Chang. Me was called Kebo (Buffalo or can be heavy curly), Yutri was called Wak Ute or ‘Uncle Ute’ (it’s also a title of wellknown but ridiculous song) and Auliya was called Au-au. It’s like your name is Patricia but your friends make ‘pet’ as your nicknametertawa
But we had called each other with the weird nicknames for more than 6 years so it had been ingrainedwaduh!

The field where we used to have calisthenics every morning except Monday because it was for Monday flag raising ceremony and Friday because it was the time for cleaning up.
Posed behind podium.

Yesterday, me, Yutri and Auliya visited Chang’s dad in Medistra Hospital in Lubuk Pakam. We had planned it more than two weeks but because of the lack of our schedules, we couldn’t do it. And it made our ‘theory’ always proven: sometimes,  something without any plan will end with good result
The night before, I texted Auliya if she had a plan on Sunday or not because I wanted to ask her to go to somewhere but she just suggested to visit Chang’s dad, I happily said yes but she continued her message : ‘we go on morning so we can back earlier because I have a business’. Which meant I couldn’t ask her to hangout. She also mentioned Yutri needed to back earlier because she should attend her relative’s party. The dashed expectations!menunggu
But Auliya then told that she cancelled her plan and could be with us till afternoon. So I just said yes and in the next morning, I went to Majestyk where Yutri had waited for me to buy some cakes for Chang’s dad and we went by motorbikes. Me with Yutri and Auliya was alone. But she had taken a helmet to be used by Chang later. But, before they started their motorbikes, I said that in this good chance we could join completely, why we didn’t go to beach like we planned before. Auliya agreed so we provoked Yutri not to join her relative’s party
Arrived to Medistra, I read again Chang’s message about her dad’s room. Ya Allaah.. The third floor! Struggling! When entering the room we shook Chang’s mom’s hand and also her dad’s and then.. I almost cry looked at her dad’s condition. I just imagine when he was in a good healthy. To block my tears drop, I talked to my girls and initially Yutri and Auliya had the same feeling and reaction with me
And we could control the sad atmosphere by talking with her mom and finally laugh a lot. Her mom said that we keep our friendship although had graduated from senior high even from college. Of course! We love each otherpeluk erat
But Chang had not graduated until nowtertawa
Something we didn’t talk clearly was when we said about our plan to go to beach. We didn’t want Chang’s mom to hear it. And the chance to whisper came when the nurse came into the room. Sorry, mom. Whereas her mom had asked if we wanted to go to play so Chang wanted to go home faster than usual but we said no. Ohh. It had been almost 1 year her dad fights his disease. Hopefully the family get the bestmalaikat
Out from the hospital, we passed its back way and saw a mini green park. So.. what else?
Took camera and then.. pose..
Not so clear..
The red Yutri, The yellow Auliya and The purple Me..
Before went to beach, we ate meatball and then came to my home to had prayer and took the helmets. And then we went to Lestari Beach.
After got full tummy, we continued our walk to the back of Merdeka Walk into the second-handed books sales center in Medan passed the Center Piece. Acrossed the street, we could see the monuments of Bank SUMUT and old buildings of PT Pos Indonesia. Don’t worry about the heat because there are a lot of large trees that shade the side of the road. Arriving the sale of books, known as Lapangan Merdeka, we met a couple of young men and women who acted like SPG because they offered us a book stalls to look around.
Bank SUMUT monument
PT Pos Indonesia

There, we could find so many second-handed books but with a very good condition. Even if you are lucky, we can get new books with lower prices. Visitors there were dominated by students starting from elementary school to college students because most of the books sold are textbooks. But we still found many novels, magazines, comics from a variety of themes. Books on religion, politics, family, health, stories for children, dictionaries, and much more that we can find there.
But it is still difficult to find books with themes that are not often read by a lot of people, especially in foreign languages. My friend ever looked for a book for her thesis reference, the seller instead asking what kind of book it was LOL.
'Always be with you'
Can you find a book entitled 'Memikat Hati Suami'? (captivate husband's heart)
I told Auliya to buy it and she replied, 'whose husband? other woman's?'
LOL
Finished looking around, we went back to the station to go home. Actually, to get Medan from Perbaungan was faster, practical and cheaper if riding a motorbike or public transport.
But we just enjoyed our Medan short trip.
